Imagine staying in Marilyn Monroe's Airstream while she was filming "Some Like It Hot" or John Wayne's Airstream while he was shooting "The Searchers." You can indulge this fantasy while joining us on May 10th at the Shooting Star RV Resort in Escalante.

The Chapter is providing dinner on Saturday evening. Afterwards we'll watch a movie or two at the on-site drive-in theater. You can watch from your own car, bring lawn chairs, or rent one of their 1960's convertibles for the movie. Daytime activities include driving Scenic Byway 12, hiking into the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument right from your door, exploring hidden rock canyons, renting ATV's, etc.
 
Each Airstream is unique and sleeps a different amount of people. There's room for a family or perhaps two couples in each one. They're offering us a 10% group discount, so call 435-826-4440 to make your reservation and tell them you're with the BMW Club. If you wish, you may bring your own RV, rent an RV for the trip, or tent camp on the property. Some members may plan to spend more than one night there. After you make your reservations, be sure to let us know at [email protected] , so we have an accurate count for dinner, and can give you more information as it becomes available.
